Using this website
Placing an order
You can order my custom made coats using the size page and colours page, and ‘Buy’ button at the bottom of each item’s page.
It is important that you measure your dog carefully (preferably two or three times) as per my ‘Measure Your Houd’ page.
You will be taken through a Paypal hosted payment page and once complete, you should receive a ‘receipt for your payment’ email from Paypal. Once I have received the notification of your payment, I will email you my own confirmation by way of an email titled ‘Thank you for your recent order’. This email gives details of the amount of time you should allow for your order to be made and reminds you to check that I have the correct measurements to complete your order. Once you have received this email from me, a sales contract exists between us.
Terms of payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. I will not start any order until the payment has been received in full and the funds have been cleared.
I am unable to take payments over the phone. If you are unable to make your payment by the usual method, please contact me to arrange for either a cheque payment (please note that your order will not be started until the cheque has had time to clear) or a bank transfer.

how to care for your Skinny Wiggle Coats
WATERPROOF COATS –
Waterproof coats can be washed if necessary on a gentle 30°C washing machine cycle. Turn the coat inside out and only use a small amount of detergent. DO NOT use fabric conditioner. After washing, gently turn the right way round and pull back into shape. Allow to dry naturally - DO NOT tumble dry.
SHOWERPROOF COATS –
Deluxe coats can be washed if necessary on a gentle 30°C washing machine cycle. Turn the coat inside out and place inside a pillowcase. Use only a small amount of detergent. DO NOT use fabric conditioner. After washing, gently turn the right way round and pull back into shape. Allow to dry naturally - DO NOT tumble dry.
POLAR FLEECE PRODUCTS -
Polar fleece products can be washed on a 40°C washing machine cycle. Make sure all Velcro fastenings are done up before placing in the washing machine. Tumble dry on a medium setting.
HOW TO DEAL WITH STATIC ELECTRICITY BUILD-UP WITH POLAR FLEECE PRODUCTS -
Fleece fabrics can be prone to a static electricity build-up over time. If you find you are having a problem with this, please follow these instructions to prevent and maintain a low amount of static electricity:
° Use fabric conditioner when washing fleece items (unless you are washing a waterproof coat lined with fleece)
° Tumble dry the item using a dryer sheet. This helps because the sheets coat the fabric with a waxy substance. It can also help to add a damp cloth to the sryer for the last 15 minutes of drying time.
KEEP COOL COATS
Skinny Wiggle Coats keep cool towelling coats can be washed on either a 40°C or a 60°C washing machine cycle. Do not use fabric conditioner, and for better absorbency line dry.
Before washing on a gently 40°C cycle. After washing, they should be carefully turned the right way, gently pulled into shape and left to drip dry.
